Workplace health checks
Clinician-led preventative health assessments for employees individually or as part of a workplace health day. Programmes are designed around your workforce – depending on what we agree, this may include health history, blood pressure, BMI, random blood glucose, urinalysis and other elements of Mango Medical’s 10-Point Health Snapshot, with blood testing available where appropriate.
Workplace health and wellbeing days
A clinician-led health programme delivered at your premises, which can combine preventative health assessments, appropriate blood testing, health promotion and practical wellbeing education.
Repeat monitoring
Where an employee has raised HbA1c, cholesterol, blood pressure, weight or another marker, clinically appropriate repeat monitoring can be offered after lifestyle, weight or treatment changes, helping them see whether measurable health markers are improving over time. Individual clinical information always remains confidential to the employee.

Drug and alcohol testing – by arrangement
Workplace drug and alcohol testing can be discussed where this forms part of an appropriate employer policy and testing programme. Requirements such as consent, sample handling, laboratory testing and chain-of-custody arrangements will depend on the purpose and circumstances of testing.
Post-offer and role-specific health assessments
Where appropriate, Mango Medical can provide or arrange health assessments relevant to the requirements of a particular role. More complex occupational-health opinions can be undertaken or arranged through an appropriately qualified occupational-health clinician.
Workplace training
First aid, CPR/AED, mental health first aid, safeguarding, medication training, anaphylaxis and other healthcare-related training, delivered by appropriately qualified instructors who form part of the Mango Medical training team. For organisations wanting ongoing support, workplace health and training requirements can be planned together rather than managed as unrelated one-off bookings.

Where specialist occupational-health input is needed
Some workplace-health requirements need additional occupational-health expertise, specific competency or statutory medical surveillance. Where this applies, Mango Medical will be clear about the level of expertise required and, where appropriate, can arrange input from suitably qualified occupational-health clinicians or specialist partners.
This may include areas such as health surveillance, HAVS, audiometry, role-specific fitness assessments and other specialist occupational-health requirements. Some statutory medical surveillance must be carried out by clinicians holding the specific approvals required by law.

Mango Medical directly provides preventative workplace health, screening, clinical and training services. Where a requirement needs specialist occupational-health expertise or statutory health surveillance, we can discuss whether this can be arranged through an appropriately qualified clinician or specialist partner. We will always be clear about who is providing the service and what level of expertise is required.
Will employers receive employees’ medical results?
Individual clinical information is handled confidentially. What information can appropriately be provided to an employer depends on the service, the employee’s consent and the purpose of the assessment. Any employer-facing report will be limited to information that is appropriate and necessary for the agreed workplace-health purpose.
